Cancellation Policy

Aloha and welcome to Fozzy Surf School! We’re stoked to share surfing with you on the North Shore of Oahu. To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please review our policies below: Arrival Time - Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, gear fitting, and a pre-surf briefing. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson time to respect other scheduled students. Gear and Equipment - All necessary gear including surfboards and rash guards will be provided. - Please let us know your height, weight, and surfing experience ahead of time so we can tailor equipment to your needs. - Students are responsible for returning all gear in good condition. Damage beyond normal use may incur a repair/replacement fee. Student Requirements - All students must be able to swim confidently in ocean water. - Students 12 years old or younger will require an additional instructor for 1 on 1 supervision in the water with an additional charge of $100 per instructor needed. - A waiver of liability must be signed before participating in any lesson. Health and Safety - Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to your lesson. - Alcohol or drug use before or during the lesson is strictly prohibited. Weather & Ocean Conditions - Surf lessons are dependent on safe weather and ocean conditions. - If conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, strong currents), we may cancel or reschedule your lesson at no cost to you. - We prioritize your safety first and foremost. Booking and Cancellations - You may reschedule your surf lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson start time at no additional charge. - Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee based on the original booking cost. - A credit will be issued and can be used within one year of the original lesson date.
