Perfect for beginners and first-time surfers, our group lessons are designed to be fun, safe, and supportive while helping you build confidence in the water. Our 90 minute beginner, open group surf lesson with professional, local surf instructors will guide small groups through ocean safety and paddling techniques to standing up and riding your first wave. We keep our teaching hands-on and encouraging so every student gets personal attention while enjoying the energy of learning together. Whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or as a family, our open group surf lessons are a great way to experience Hawaii’s surf culture in a relaxed and unforgettable setting. All surf equipment is included, and lessons take place in beginner-friendly waves on Oahu’s beautiful North Shore. This beginner open group surf lesson is designed for people 13 years and older, who are comfortable in the ocean and are able to swim.
